Our Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped using Stamps.com using the United States Postal Service within 1 to 2 business days. Larger orders are often shipped using UPS. Tracking information is available for almost every package we send out.
Please note that due to economic conditions we are finding that many manufacturers of specialty light bulbs are maintaining very thin inventories. In some cases, if there is a national shortage of a particular lamp we sometimes receive a rush of orders that makes our inventory inaccurate. If there is an extended wait time on any out-of-stock item we will gladly refund your order or confirm your order if you prefer to wait beyond Amazon's acceptable waiting period. We are trying to raise our own inventory levels to compensate for this situation, but we appreciate your patience and past good feedback at our efforts to locate specialty lamps.
If an item is purchased in error it can be returned to us at your cost. Returned items are subject to 20 percent restocking fee. This fee is waived if you would like to exchange for another item we carry.
Any returns can be accomplished by mailing the item to the return address on the mailing label. Please make sure sufficient packing is restored to insure the package returns safely, as we are not responsible for any items once they are received by the purchaser. Also include the original packing slip, or a note indicating the correct order number.
